§ 59-40. Inspection and permit fees.

(a)

Collection. The following fees shall be charged under the provisions of this article:

(1)

For the filing of an application for a permit and all ensuing inspections, to be paid upon the date of filing, as set from time to time and contained in appendix B.

(2)

It is intended that the shoreline protection officer shall receive no additional amounts for mileage or expenses for an inspection.

(b)

Deposit. All fees collected by a shoreline protection officer shall be paid over to the county finance officer within 24 hours of the receipt of such fees.
